PALS Description
The PALS Provider Manual eBook contains all of the information students need to know to successfully complete the PALS Course. The PALS Provider Manual eBook is designed for use by a single user and as a student reference tool pre- and post-course. It is also used as a clinical reference. This digital manual includes information on the systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, and effective resuscitation and team dynamics.
The PALS Provider Manual eBook includes the PALS Digital Reference Card (product 25-3121; also sold separately).
This product has been updated with new science from the 2025 Guidelines for CPR and ECC and replaces the previous version (20-3120).
PALS uses a series of videos and simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics.

Audience
The AHA PALS Provider Manual eBook contains all the information students need to successfully complete the PALS Course.
The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the management of respiratory and/or cardiovascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary arrest in pediatric patients. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS Course Completion Card for job or other requirements.
